Wall's Burk Blasius, Philip's Layton Terkildsen named co-offensive MVPs of Western Great Plains Conference

Wall’s Burk Blasius and Philip’s Layton Terkildsen were both named co-offensive and co-defensive Most Valuable Player of the Western Great Plains Conference. Philip’s Ryker Peterson was also co-defensive MVP.

Philip’s Chandler Sudbeck was the conference coach of the year. 

Philip, which finished with a 6-0 league record, landed seven total players on the all-conference team. Terkildsen, Peterson, Lane Kuchenbecker, Colden Kramer, Jess Jones and Kade Fitzgerald were all-conference members for the Scotties. Jensen Fitch was an honorable mention pick.

Wall, which finished 5-1 in league games, placed Blasius, Quinn Moon, Levi Sharp, Kale Crowser and Kaylen Spotted Bear on the all-conference team. Jace Blasius was an honorable mention selection. 

Lyman, which went 5-1 in conference play, were represented by Kellen Griffith, Rory McManus, Louie Thiry, Brayden Oldenkamp and Easton Robbins. Dawsen Volmer was an honorable mention selection. 

White River’s Ryatt Wooden Knife, Nicolas Marshall and Jordan Uhlir were all-conference picks. Evastine Wright was an honorable mention selection. 

Kadoka Area’s Garrett Hermann and Gus Stout were all-conference selections. Kole Hermann was an honorable mention pick. 

Bennett County’s Dante Rascher and Adam Byrne were all-conference picks. Tyce Gropper was an honorable mention selection. 

Jones County’s Cooper Fedderson was an all-conference pick and Adrik Schoon was an honorable mention honoree.

New Underwood’s Jaxon Fulton was an all-conference selection and Burke Beer was an honorable mention member.
