Winner's Karson Keiser wins 800-meter run, anchors two Warrior relay teams to victory at Bill Pistulka Invitational

WINNER — Winner senior Karson Keiser was part of three wins at Saturday’s Bill Pistulka Invitational. 

Keiser won the 800-meter run (2:02.96), anchored the 3,200-meter relay (8:39.54) to a win and anchored the 1,600-meter relay (3:34.55) to first place. 

Winner’s Austin Blare won the 110-meter hurdles (:15.88) and 300-meter hurdles (:43.33). Warrior senior Shawn Hammerbeck won the shot put (47-04) and discus (146-07). 

Kimball/White Lake’s Lincoln Kranig won the 100-meter dash (:11.35) and ran a leg on KWL’s winning sprint medley relay (3:51.02). 

Other South Dakota winners on the boys side went to White River’s Elijah Haukas in the 1,600-meter run (5:12.44) and Kimball/White Lake’s Darron Miller in the 3,200-meter run (11:55.09).

The Burke girls were strong on the track and in the field. Paige Bull won the shot put (38-01.50) and discus (136-02). Emily Diekmann won the high jump (5-03) and Emerson Swan won the triple jump (30-07.75). 

Addi Hood won the 300-meter hurdles (:52.86) and Sophia Bauld won the 3,200-meter run (12:13.89). The Burke girls won the 800-meter relay (1:51.86)

The Kimball/White Lake girls had a strong day on the track as the girls won the 3,200-meter relay (10:27.84). Lily Baker won the 800-meter run (2:30.44) and Autumn Baker won the 1,600-meter run (5:27.52).

Lyman’s Brooke Montgomery won the 100-meter dash (:12.86) and the 200-meter dash (:27.29). 

Winner’s Keelie Kuil won the 400-meter dash (1:02.44). Chamberlain won the sprint medley relay (4:43.65) and Sunshine Bible Academy won the 1,600-meter relay (4:27.02).
