Watertown’s Gage Lohr is chasing a four-peat in Class A wrestling this season.

The Arrow junior has three state championships under his belt, including last season’s 138-pound Class A state championship. He also won state titles in 2024 (120 pounds) and in 2023 (106 pounds).

If Lohr earns the four-peat, he would become the seventh Class A wrestler to accomplish the feat. Brandon Valley’s Navarro Schunke is the only Class A wrestler to win five state championships.

Lohr helped the Arrows tie for third place at last season’s Class A wrestling tournament. Sturgis won its second straight Class A state wrestling championship in 2025.

The Scoopers return two state champions in Tyler Baldwin and Kelson Dirk.

The other returning Class A state champs include: 106, Kaden Haakinson, West Central, sophomore; 120, Shea Richter, Watertown, senior; 126, Tyler Woodring, Tea Area, senior; 132,  Hudson Cisar, Lincoln, senior and 215, Elijah Schunke, Brandon Valley, senior.
