Dakota State University has released pairings for its annual girls basketball classic on Jan. 8 at DSU Fieldhouse. A total of 16 teams are scheduled to compete in the classic.

Admission to the game is $8 for adults, $4 for K-12th grade and free for pre-school and younger.  There are no COVID restrictions at this time.

Below are the pairings and game times (all times in Central Standard Time): 

Lemmon vs. Irene-Wakonda, 9 a.m.

Hill City vs. Elkton-Lake Benton, 10:30 a.m.

Freeman vs. St. Francis Indian, noon

Canistota vs. Flandreau Indian, 1:30 p.m.

Rapid City Christian vs. Deubrook Area, 3 p.m.

Howard vs. Scotland, 4:30 p.m.

Lakota Tech vs. Garretson, 6 p.m.

Crofton, Neb., vs. Hamlin, 7:30 p.m.
