Dakota State University has announced its girls basketball pairings for the annual DSU Shootout on Jan. 18. 

A total of eight teams from South Dakota and Nebraska are scheduled to compete in the four-game classic.

DSU Shootout high school basketball contests begin at 10 a.m. between Garretson and Howard, followed by Kadoka vs. Tri-Valley at 11:30 a.m. Lakota Tech takes on Deubrook at 1 p.m.

The day wraps up with Hamlin taking on Crofton (Neb.) at 2:30 p.m.
