Gregory 57, White River 40 

GREGORY — Three players scored in double figures to pace Gregory to a girls basketball win over White River on Monday.

Cassidy Keiser netted a game-high 20 points, while Jessy Jo VanderWerff scored 19 points. Asia VanderWerff and Mya Determan scored 11 and six points, respectively. 

White River’s Maleena Brave scored 18 points. Lilly Krogman added eight points and Kamaria Krogman scored seven points. 


Mobridge-Pollock 58, Aberdeen Roncalli 47 

MOBRIDGE — Mariah Goehring and Blake Thompson combined for 31 points to pace Mobridge-Pollock to a girls basketball win over Aberdeen Roncalli.

Goehring recorded 21 points and Thompson netted 10 points. 

Roncalli’s Camryn Bain and Ava Hanson scored nine points apiece. Maddie Huber and McKenna O’Keefe scored eight and seven points, respectively. 


Lyman 52, New Underwood 43

PRESHO — Mak Scott and Skyler Volmer combined for 37 points to pace Lyman to its seventh consecutive girls basketball win on Monday.

Scott finished with 20 points, five rebounds and four assists. Volmer added 17 points, four assists and three rebounds. Mackenzie Laverdure added eight points and five rebounds. 


Andes Central/Dakota Christian 67, Burke 63

BURKE — Four players reached double figures as the Andes Central/Dakota Christian girls picked up a win over Burke in high school basketball action Monday. 

Josie Brouwer scored 17 points for ACDC while Allison Muckey finished with 13 points. Nadia Van Zuidam and Mahpiyah Irving both scored 11 points. 

Adisyn Indahl led the Burke offense with 23 points. Elly Witt added 11 points for the Cougars. 


Howard 58, Oldham-Ramona/Rutland 36

HOWARD — Howard jumped out to a 28-12 halftime lead en route to a girls basketball win over Oldham-Ramona/Rutland on Monday. 

Howard’s Kate Connor scored 22 points and collected nine rebounds. Tana Hoyer and Abby Aslesen scored eight points apiece. Aslesen added seven rebounds, six assists and four steals. Canyon Kidd recorded six points and four rebounds. 

ORR’s Alivia Bickett finished with 10 points, four rebounds and three steals. Brooklyn Hageman and Bailey Hyland scored six points apiece. Hyland added seven rebounds. Julia Trygstad and Paige Hanson had 10 and seven rebounds, respectively. Hattie Hanson scored five points. 


Canistota 66, Bridgewater-Emery 33

EMERY — Canistota used a 19-3 third quarter to pull away from Bridgewater-Emery for a girls basketball win on Monday. 

Canistota’s Natalie Becker and Hannah Hoffman scored 14 points apiece. Becker added eight steals, nine rebounds and five assists. Hoffman nailed four 3-pointers. Kayla Papendick posted 12 points and nine rebounds. Ellie Becker scored seven points and grabbed six rebounds. Bailey Spicer and Allison Leber scored six points apiece. 

Bridgewater-Emery’s Summer Koch scored 12 points and grabbed five rebounds. Hayden Hofer recorded six points and four rebounds. Oakley Weber added five points. 


Florence-Henry 47, Groton Area 21

FLORENCE — Florence-Henry jumped out to a 25-7 first-half lead en route to a girls basketball win on Monday. 

Caylin Kelly led the Falcons with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Trinity Watson added eight points, while Taylor Watson logged seven points and four rebounds. Reese Schmidt and Aubrie Hartley scored six points apiece. 

Groton Area’s Sydney Leicht scored seven points and Brooklyn Hansen added five points. 


Estelline/Hendricks 54, Wilmot 28

HENDRICKS — Three players reached double figures as Estelline/Hendricks picked up a win over Wilmot

Sadie Jackson led the Estelline/Hendriks offense with 16 points four rebounds, two assists and three steals. Brooke Johnson recorded 13 points, five rebounds and four steals. Kenzy Beare added 13 points, seven rebounds, five steals and two assists.

Addison Heinje led Wilmot with seven points while Ashlyn Ebben added six points. Stacia Redday and Jada Cameron each scored five points for Wilmot. 


Hamlin 69, Milbank 35

MILBANK — Three players scored in double figures to pace Class A No. 1 Hamlin to a girls basketball win over Milbank on Monday. 

Hamlin’s Kami Wadsworth recorded 26 points, four rebounds and three 3-pointers. Marissa Bawdon added 17 points and nailed five 3-pointers. Ally Abraham scored 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Addison Neuendorf finished with nine points, four steals and three rebounds. Brooklyn Brandriet added five points.

Milbank’s Isabella Anderson scored 11 points, while Maurina Street added nine points. 


Tri-Valley 52, Madison 48 

COLTON — Lauren Grinde and Stephanie Buchmann combined for 42 points to pace Tri-Valley to a girls basketball win on Monday. 

Grinde finished with 24 points, while Buchmann scored 18 points.

Madison’s Zoey Gerry finished with 18 points and seven rebounds, while Karley Lurz netted 10 points and six rebounds. Ella Peterreins posted seven points.
