ARLINGTON — A good day for the Kingsbury County wrestlers who finished second in the team race while having three wrestlers win titles at Saturday’s Kingsbury County Invitational. 

Gannon Gilligan (126), Conner Giedd (138) and Connor Johnson (215) all won titles for Kingsbury County. 

Canby, Minnesota won the team title with 203 points, ahead of Kingsbury County (195.5), Brookings (177.5).  Faulkton Area (158.5) and Redfield (137) rounded out the top five teams.

Other individual champions from South Dakota were Redfield’s Maddon Odland (106), Hamlin/Castlewood’s Brody Randall (113), Nolan Miles of Brookings (132), Faulkton Area’s Garrett Cramer (150), Warner/Northwestern’s Charlie Dulany (157), Gabe Stern of Brookings (165), Sioux Falls Washington’s Lane Knutson (175) and Redfield’s Grady Fey (285).
