Centerville 50, Colome 0

COLOME — Centerville amassed 488 total yards en route to a Saturday afternoon high school football win over Colome. The Tornadoes rushed for 253 yards and threw for 235 yards. 

Centerville’s Alec Austin completed 13 of 20 passes for 235 yards and tossed three passing touchdowns. Austin added 43 rushing yards and two more scores. Covin Wattier rushed for 112 yards on five carries and scored two rushing touchdowns. Wattier added 77 yards receiving and hauled in two touchdown catches. James Buckneberg rushed for 70 yards and Noah Schoenfelder hauled in a touchdown catch. Buckneberg posted five tackles and two sacks. Austin added four tackles and one sack. 

Colome finished with 41 total yards, including 24 on the ground.
