Don't blink now but the Brandon Valley wrestlers are getting it together. 

After shuffling a few weight classes and seeing improvement all across the team the Brandon Valley wrestlers jumped to the No. 2 team ranking. Freshman Brendon Oehme made the move to 113 and is now top-ranked in that weight class. Senior Trevon Oehme made the drop to 120 and he also finds himself top ranked in his weight class. Navarro Schunke continues to be top ranked (285) but his younger brother Elijah was this week’s Dakota Grappler Wrestler of the week and jumped from No. 4 to No. 2 at 190. 

Other Bradon Valley wrestlers ranked are: Beckett Rehorst No. 5 at (106),  Zander Nielsen is ranked No. 8 at 144 and Noah Bailousn is ranked No. 7 at (215).  The Lynx also have three other wrestlers in the honorable mention category this week. 

Sturgis still leads the team rankings with a projected 167 points, ahead of Brandon Valley (150) and Rapid City Stevens (129). Aberdeen Central (127) and Pierre (122) round out the top-five teams.
