Brandon Valley 51, Harrisburg 36

SIOUX FALLS — A big game from Alyvia Padgett helped Brandon Valley reach the Class AA final with a win over Harrisburg. 

Padgett powered the Lynx with 22 points, three rebounds and an assist. Madison Geiver scored eight points and grabbed four rebounds. Kennedi Deckert contributed seven points, four rebounds and three assists while Gracie Salter came off the bench to score six points. 

Abigail Flanagan and Makinley Lawrenson each scored 10 points for Harrisburg. 

Pierre 52, Rapid City Stevens 45

SIOUX FALLS — Lennix DuPris and Reese Terwilliger combined for 41 points as Pierre edged Rapid City Stevens in consolation action Friday at the Class AA state tournament. 

Terwilliger led Pierre with 21 points and six rebounds. DuPris added 20 points, three rebounds and three assists. Ryann Barry chipped in with four points, four rebounds and four assists. 

Taaliyah Porter led Rapid City Stevens with 23 points five rebounds, two assists and two steals. Isabel Higgins contributed eight points and 10 rebounds and Finley Love chipped in with six points. 

Mitchell 54, Spearfish 43

SIOUX FALLS — A balanced scoring attack lifted Mitchell past Spearfish in consolation action Friday at the Class AA girls state basketball tournament. 

Sawyer Stoebner with a monstrous double-double of 24 points and 17 rebounds to lead Mitchell. Addie Siemsen contributed 12 points and seven rebounds and Lauren VanOverscheide added 11 points, two rebounds and three assists. 

Junior Jozie Dana led Spearfish with 15 points and three rebounds. Mya Kochuten added 11 points for the Spartans. 

Sioux Falls O’Gorman 57, Sioux Falls Jefferson 43

SIOUX FALLS — Mahli Abdouch and Lucy Moore combined for 36 points as Sioux Falls O’Gorman reached the Class AA title game with a win over Sioux Falls Jefferson Friday. 

Abdouch powered O’Gorman with 17 points, two rebounds, six assists and seven steals. Moore added 17 points and eight rebounds for the Knights. 

Freshman Brinley Altenburg paced Jefferson with 15 points, two rebounds and three assists. Jaidyn Dunn added 11 points, seven rebounds and three blocked shots.
