Warner 48, Northwestern 40 

MELLETTE — Warner held off Northwestern for a girls basketball win on Monday.

Warner’s Stacia Carda finished with 16 points and four rebounds. Kyra Marcuson posted nine points and nine rebounds. Lauren Marcuson logged nine points and 11 rebounds. Kyleigh Schopp posted four points and six rebounds. Sophia Hoeft had six points and Jordyn Jensen collected five rebounds. 

For Northwestern, Ana Ratigan posted 15 points and nine rebounds Ashley Haven. had 10 points and six rebounds. Josie Sparling added eight points and five rebounds. Ella Boekelheide posted 10 boards. 


Hanson 73, Avon 56

MITCHELL — Hanson built a 23-13 first-quarter lead and picked up a girls basketball win over Avon on Monday.

Hanson’s Kylie Haiar posted 22 points and three steals. Alyssa Moschell posted 21 points, eight rebounds and four assists. Eliza Oltmanns logged 12 points, while Taziah Hawkins added 11 points and eight assists. 

Avons’s Rilyn Thury recorded 18 points. Courtney Sees added 12 points and five assists. McKenna Kocmich and Lila Vanderlei had five rebounds apiece. Vanderlei added five steals. 


Arlington 83, Oldham-Ramona/Rutland 23

ARLINGTON — Four players scored in double figures to pace Class B No. 5 had Arlington to a girls basketball win on Monday.

Arlington’s Addalyn Steffensen finished with 21 points, while Harley Johnson had 15 points and eight assists. Jaelyn Huntimer posted 11 points, five rebounds and four assists. Isabelle Steffensen logged 11 points. Emma Spilde had seven points. Jolyssa Steffensen and Sony Johnson scored six points apiece. Jolyssa Steffesen had six rebounds. Ellisyn Vincent scored five points.

For ORR, Julia Trygstad logged eight points and nine rebounds. Emily Matson added seven points. Brookelyn Riedel had six rebounds. 


Iroquois/Lake Preston 52, Estelline-Hendricks 42

IROQUOIS — Iroquois/Lake Preston pulled past Estelline-Hendricks for a girls basketball win on Monday.

Iroquois/Lake Preston’s Adison Moore logged 20 points and nine rebounds. Faith Steffensen finished with 15 points. Hadlee Holt collected nine rebounds. 

For Estelline-Hendricks, Sadie Johnson finished with 15 points. Brooke Johnson scored nine points.
