WHITE — Elkton-Lake Benton’s Ivy Jaacks swept both hurdle events at Thursday’s Dolphin Relays.

Jaacks captured the 100-meter hurdles (:15.78), 300-meter hurdles (:48.37) and was part of the Elks’ 400-meter relay team, along with Sydney DeVries, Mavryck Beck and Ashley Flores, that took first place (:52.25) as well.

The Deubrook Area girls won the team title with 116 points, clipping Dell Rapids St. Mary (115) and Elkton-Lake Benton (78). The St. Mary boys won the team title with 113.5 points, ahead of Elkton-Lake Benton (108) and Deubrook Area (90).

In the girls’ meet, Chester’s Ivy Moyer took the top spot in the 100-meter dash (:13.18).

Dell Rapids St. Mary’s Emersyn Herber won the 200-meter dash (:28.09).

Deubrook Area’s Kylee Johnson won the 400-meter dash (:59.78).

Chester’s Emmerson Eppard took first place in the 800-meter run (2:27.04) and second in the 400-meter dash (1:00.72).

Deubrook Area’s Kaylee Brown captured the 1,600-meter run (5:52.16).

Sioux Falls Lutheran’s Clara Pederson won the 3,200-meter run (12:15.03).

Dell Rapids St. Mary’s Layla Hanson, Sophia LaVoy, Madalyn LaVoy and Herber captured the 800-meter relay (1:53.28).

Deubrook Area’s Neely Gustad, Bristyn Gustad, Kaylee Brown and Nora Olsen won the 3,200-meter relay (10:17.47) while Bristyn Gustad, Neely Gustad, Johnson and Olsen won the 1,600-meter relay (4:16.45).

In the field events, Iroquois/Lake Preston’s Hadlee Holt won the discus (141-02) and set a new season best in the shot put (42-02.00).

DRSM’s Maddyn LeBrun captured the javelin throw with a new personal best (129-04).

Arlington’s Seeley VanOverbeke won the high jump title (4-10).

Sioux Falls Lutheran’s Elyse Prouty won the long jump (15-06.00).

DRSM’s Madalyn LaVoy took the triple jump title (33-06.75) while Sophia LaVoy took second (32-06.75).

On the boys’ side, Dell Rapids St. Mary’s Thomas LaVoy won the 100-meter dash (:11.53).

Sioux Falls Lutheran’s Simeon Ovenden captured the 200-meter dash (:23.74).

DRSM’s Logan Bauer won the 400-meter dash (:53.39).

Deubrook Area’s Charlie Olsen won the 800-meter run (2:05.98).

James Valley Christian’s Levi Crandall won the 1,600-meter run (4:55.89) while teammate Kaden Ober won the 3,200-meter run (10:01.32).

Castlewood’s Brody Bass won the 110-meter hurdles (:15.14), the javelin throw (154-02). and took second in the 300-meter hurdles (:42.51).

Elkton-Lake Benton’s Eliot Erickson won the 300-meter hurdles (:41.88).

ELB’s Kaleb Larson, Colt Beck, Caden Crofutt and Erickson won the 400-meter relay (:44.60).

Sioux Falls Lutheran’s Jake Hohn, Jakob Stubkjaer, Callum Ovenden and Simeon Ovenden won the 800-meter relay (1:35.25).

Deubrook Area’s Olsen, Josh Mitchell, Isaac Gass and Josh Moberg won the 1,600-meter relay (3:42.88) while Luke Jorenby, Mitchell, Moberg and Olsen won the 3,200-meter relay (8:22.39).

In the field events, Elkton-Lake Benton’s Taiton Boersma captured the discus (171-00) and shot put (52-10.50) titles.

Deubrook Area’s Austin Kjelden won the high jump title (5-11).

James Valley Christian’s Gavin Waldner won the long jump title (21-10.00).

ELB’s Beck won the triple jump title (40-08.50).
