Flandreau 49, Sioux Valley 37 

FLANDREAU — Class A No. 2 Flandreau held off Sioux Valley for a girls basketball win on Friday.

Flandreau’s Claire Sheppard finished with 19 points and four assists. Lizzie Pavlis added 13 points and seven rebounds. Lily Klein had 10 points and seven rebounds 

Sioux Valley’s Kailey Cradduck had 10 points. Isabelle Bloker posted nine points and Keyra Kruse scored eight points. 


Parkston 68, Gregory 44

PARKSTON — Four players scored in double figures to pace Parkston to a girls basketball win on Friday.

Parkston’s Lauren Ziebart and Berkley Ziebart logged 14 points apiece. Keeara Oakley had 13 points and six rebounds. Gracie Oakley added 11 points and seven rebounds. Brooklyn Wagner scored five points.

Gregory’s Dani VanDerWerff recorded seven points and 11 rebounds. Ashlyn Vosika posted 11 points and three 3-pointers. Asia VanDerWerff logged nine points and six rebounds. Ella Sperl and Regan Graesser scored six points apiece. 


James Valley Christian 58, Faulkton Area 42

FAULKTON — Kaylie Robinson powered James Valley Christian to a girls basketball win on Friday.

Robinson finished with 27 points, 12 rebounds, eight steals and four 3-pointers. Addison Bartholow added 10 points and six rebounds. Rhayonna Hood posted nine points, five assists and four rebounds. Alexa Goertz had eight points.

Faulkton Area’s Kelli Stoecker recorded 13 points and eight rebounds. Anika Mueller finished with 10 points and five rebounds. Carley Cotton had nine points. 


Canton 65, Canistota 40 

CANISTOTA — Four players scored in double figures to pace Canton to a girls basketball win on Friday. Canton nailed 11 3-pointers. 

Canton’s Brynn Oakland finished with 17 points and hit five 3-pointers. Shelbie Olseth added 13 points, five rebounds, four assists and three 3-pointers. Jenna Vande Waard logged 12 points and 10 rebounds. Landree Meister finished with 11 points, nine rebounds and three 3-pointers. Danica Rozeboom posted six points. 

Canistota’s Kayla Papendick scored 15 points and hit four 3-pointers. Hannah Hoffman recorded 11 points and nailed three 3-pointers. Natalie Becker had eight points and eight rebounds. 


Hitchcock-Tulare 48, Sunshine Bible Academy 17 

MILLER — Hitchcock-Tulare coasted past Sunshine Bible Academy for a girls basketball win on Friday.

Hitchcock-Tulare’s Cambree Hoekman logged 19 points and three 3-pointers. Katelyn Schroeder posted eight points and five assists. Isabel Gilbert finished with six points and five rebounds. Gracyn Bixler had five points and five rebounds. Rebecca Huizenga added five points and eight rebounds.

SBA’s Brielle Jeffery logged five points. 


Andes Central/Dakota Christian 64, Colome 11 

LAKE ANDES — Three players scored in double figures to pace Andes Central/Dakota Christian to a girls basketball win on Friday.

ACDC’s Josie Brouwer finished with 16 points and five steals. Mahpiya Irving finished with 14 points and four rebounds. Halle Olson recorded 10 points, four assists and four rebounds. 

Colome’s Shaleena Kingsley had three points and five rebounds. 


Pine Ridge 69, St. Stephens 46

PINE RIDGE — Pine Ridge picked up a girls basketball win over St. Stephens, Wyoming, on Friday.

Pine Ridge’s Mia Long Visitor scored 17 points and Louise Pond added 13 points. 

Taija Moss led St. Stephens with 15 points. 

 

West Central 66, Madison 25

MADISON — West Central pulled away from Madison for a girls basketball win on Friday.

West Central’s Kacy Jaton finished with 21 points, five rebounds, six steals, three assists and three 3-pointers. Jazelle Jarding had 14 points, six rebounds and four 3-pointers. Molly Anderson had nine points and four rebounds. Mara Schultz recorded eight points. Alexa Borns had seven points. Ayla Kramer finished with five points.

Madison’s Karley Lurz had nine points, four rebounds and three 3-pointers. Audrey Nelson recorded five points and six rebounds. 

 

Brandon Valley 51, Rapid City Central 42

RAPID CITY — Class AA No. 5 Brandon Valley held off Rapid City Central for a girls basketball win on Friday.

Brandon Valley’s Alyvia Padgett finished with 13 points. Madison Geiver had 12 points. Kennedi Deckert posted eight points, while Ava Kellenberger had five points. 

Rapid City Central’s Leah Landry recorded 20 points and 16 rebounds. Lolo Carlow added 14 points. 


Harrisburg 46, Aberdeen Central 40 

HARRISBURG — Class AA No. 3 Harrisburg edged Aberdeen Central for a girls basketball win on Friday.

Harrisburg’s Jaylee Hofer finished with 21 points. 

Aberdeen Central’s Caydi Withers finished with 12 points, while Lauryn Burckhard had 11 points and 10 rebounds.
