Wolsey-Wessington 3, Miller 1

WOLSEY -- Wolsey-Wessington earned a four-set high school volleyball win over Miller on Monday. The set scores were 25-13, 23-25, 25-22 and 25-18.

Wolsey-Wessington’s Mya Boomsma logged 23 kills and 22 digs. Leah Williams added 19 digs, 10 kills and three aces. Macie Luce posted 14 assists and three blocks, while Hailey Clarke finished with 10 assists. Lainey Uttecht had 35 digs and Giyahna Richmond added two blocks.

Miller’s Ally Mullaney logged nine kills and three blocks. Jaden Werdel finished with eight kills and 22 digs. Abigail Blake finished with 1.5 blocks, three aces and five kills. Tyra Gates posted 28 assists, 17 digs and one ace. Cynthia Ford finished with 12 digs. 

Ipswich 3, Leola/Frederick Area 0

IPSWICH -- Ipswich earned a straight sets sweep over Leola/Frederick on Monday. The set scores were 25-15, 25-17 and 25-12.

Quincy Olivier and Katie Bierman posted nine kills apiece. Bierman added five aces and 11 digs. Madison Geditz logged 15 digs and five aces. Olivier dished out 16 assists and Bierman finished with 10 assists. Baylee Kulesa logged seven kills and one block assist. Vanesa Diaz had a block assist. 

Leola/Frederick Area’s Alyx Hoffman finished with six kills, while Sofia Losure posted three kills, one ace and one solo block. Laura Sumption recorded three kills, while Chloe Arneson had 14 digs and an ace. Hannah Johnson logged 12 digs. Jocelynn Ellwei notched 11 assists.

Scotland 3, Hanson 0

SCOTLAND -- Scotland swept Hanson in straight sets in Monday high school volleyball action. The set scores were 25-23, 25-21 and 25-20.

Scotland’s Delanie VanDriel has eight kills, while Trinity Bietz and Martina DeBoer had five kills apiece. Rylee Conrad posted four aces and 16 assists, while Bietz added two aces. DeBoer had two blocks, while Bietz and Audrey Sayler had one block apiece. Sayler and Bailey Vitek had three digs apiece. 

Hanson’s Kylie Haiar and Annalyse Weber posted five kills apiece. Taylor Schroeder recorded six digs, while Weber, Erin Dewald and Jalyn Kampshoff had four digs apiece. Kampshoff dished out 16 assists. 

Lennox 3, Tri-Valley 1

COLTON -- Lennox recorded a four-set high school volleyball win over Tri-Valley on Monday. The set scores were 25-19, 18-25, 25-14 and 25-19.

Lennox’s Dani Highum finished with 16 kills and one solo block. Annika Kollis and Myra Whitehead posted seven kills apiece, while Kollis had one solo block. Kyah Jackson dished out 29 assists and added 17 digs. Kate Jackson had 15 digs. Lilly Meyer and Courtney Sandal had four and three aces, respectively. 

Tri-Valley’s Megan Wenzel posted eight kills and four block assists. Maddie Wenzel finished with four kills and one solo block. Ally Haga had 15 digs, while Jenna Hanson posted 11 digs. Hannah West had two aces and Jenna Hanson had an ace. Brookelyn Stieben and Nevaeh Grann had seven and five assists, respectively.
