Wagner 60, Hanson 38 

ALEXANDRIA — Four players scored in double figures as Wagner pulled away from Hanson for a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Wagner’s Macy Koupal finished with 16 points and nine rebounds. Lydia Yost recorded 15 points and six boards. Ashlyn Koupal added 13 points, 13 rebounds and five blocked shots. Braxton Nedved had 11 points and seven assists. Hayden Knudsen had five points.

Hanson’s Alyssa Moschell finished with 12 points. Eliza Oltmanns and Taziah Hawkins scored nine points apiece. Oltmanns had five rebounds. Kylie Haiar had eight points and six rebounds. 


Todd County 61, Stanley County 46

MISSION — Three players in double figures as Todd County picked up a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Todd County’s Lesleen Makes Room For Them poured in 20 points. Payton LeRoy finished with 18 points and Peta Brave scored 12 points. Skye Horse Looking added seven points. 

Stanley County’s Mattie Duffy netted 20 points. Cadence Hand had nine points and Addy Deal finished with five points.


Winner 61, Miller 15

WINNER — Winner topped Miller for a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Winner’s Lilly Barfuss finished with 12 points. Ava Craven had nine points and Leila Balsiger scored eight points. 

Miller stats were not reported. 


Chester 66, Parker 46

CHESTER — Three players scored in double figures to pace Chester to a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Chester’s Emery Larson had 21 points. Emmerson Eppard finished with 17 points, 12 rebounds, six assists and five steals. Jacy Wolf scored 13 points. Katelyn Schut had nine rebounds.

Parker’s Parker Lessman scored 16 poitns. Meah Wright and Katie Bialas scored eight points apiece. 


Warner 55, Faulkton Area 33

FAULKTON — Warner picked up a girls basketball win over Faulkton Area on Tuesday.

Warner’s Kyra Marcuson logged 13 points and four rebounds. Kyleigh Schopp had 10 points and five rebounds. Ava Nilsson logged nine points, nine rebounds and six steals. Lauren Marcuson finished with seven points, four assists and four steals. Jordyn Jensen had seven points. Stacia Carda posted six points. 

Faulkton Area’s Jaymi Senn had 13 points. Carley Cotton posted seven points, while Presleigh Martinmaas had six points and 11 rebounds. Anika Mueller added five points and five rebounds. 


James Valley Christian 63, Hitchcock-Tulare 44

HITCHCOCK — Alexa Goetz powered James Valley Christian to a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Goetz poured in a game-high 30 points and hit five 3-pointers. Kaylie Robinson added 11 points and Rhayonna Hood had five points. 

Hitchcock-Tulare’s Katelyn Schroeder logged 17 points, while Gracyn Bixler and Emmerie Arthuer scored eight points apiece. Isabel Gilbert had four points and eight rebounds. 


Parkston 66, McCook Central/Montrose 40 

SALEM — Parkston pulled away from McCook Central/Montrose for a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Parkston’s Berkley Ziebart finished with 23 points, while Keeara Oakley had 18 points and eight rebounds. Mya Thuringer recorded 10 points and six rebounds. Gracie Oakley and Lauren Ziebart scored five points apiece. 

MCM’s Abby Wagner recorded 10 points and 12 rebounds. Ella DeKnikker scored nine points, while Mya Morrison added eight points. 


Belle Fourche 65, Rapid City Central 59

RAPID CITY — Mataya Ward powered Belle Fourche to a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Ward recorded 31 points, six rebounds and five steals. Sloan Young added 16 points and four rebounds. Lily Nore recorded eight points and six rebounds. Sarah Jueffs had six points and four rebounds.

Rapid City Central’s Aaliyah Jones posted 19 points, while Lolo Carlow scored 18 points. Villique Fallis added 19 points. Leah Landry finished with seven points, six steals and nine reobunds.


Viborg-Hurley 51, Canistota 44

CANISTOTA — Three players scored in double figures as Viborg-Hurley picked up a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Viborg-Hurley’s Aubree Schwartz finished with 14 points, six rebounds and four 3-pointers. Charley Nelson and Kendra Gilbert scored 12 points apiece. Nelson had seven rebounds. Jenna Graves added nine points and five rebounds. 

Canistota’s Natalie Becker scored 17 points and grabbed four rebounds. Ellie Becker, Kayla Papendick and Hannah Hoffman scored six points apiece. Bailey Spicer had five points. Papendick grabbed 12 rebounds. 


Colman-Egan 61, Bridgewater-Emery 45 

COLMAN — Colman-Egan outscored Bridgewater-Emery 17-6 in the fourth quarter to secure a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Colman-Egan’s Brynlee Landis finished with 20 points, while Kaylee Voelker finished with 15 points on five 3-pointers. Presley Luze logged nine points. Elaina Rhode recorded eight points and nine rebounds. Lanie Mousel had seven points and eight rebounds.

BE’s Quinn Culhane had 17 points, five 3-pointers and four rebounds. Oakley Weber posted 13 points. Hayden Hofer had six points and six rebounds. Lily Hilton posted five points and four rebounds. 


Elkton-Lake Benton 41, Deuel 40 

ELKTON — Elkton-Lake Benton edged Deuel for a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

ELB’s Kylie Ramlo finished with 15 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Tevan Erickson added 13 points, seven steals and five rebounds. 

Deuel’s Josie Andersen finished with 17 points. Camdyn Peterreins had seven points. Jaycee Hourigan and Kaitlyn Gubrud had six points apiece. 


Leola-Frederick Area 54, Ipswich 29

IPSWICH — Three players scored in double figures to pace Leola-Frederick Area to a girls basketball win on Tuesday. 

Sofia Losure logged 13 points and 10 rebounds. Laura Sumption had 13 points, seven assists and three 3-pointers. Karli Achen scored 10 points. Jillian Ellwein had seven points, five assists and four steals.

Ipswich’s Bri Geditz and Anna Nierman scored five points apiece. 


Howard 59, Irene-Wakonda 40

HOWARD — Abby Aslesen and Ann Connor recorded double-doubles as Howard picked up a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Aslesen finished with 19 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists. Connor added 11 points and 11 rebounds. Tana Hoyer had nine points. 

IW’s Quinn McDonald had 12 points. Kaitlynn Melle posted 11 points and five rebounds. Mady Peterson had 10 points. 


Deubrook Area 45, Madison 35

MADISON — Deubrook Area pulled past Madison for a girls basketball win on Tuesday. 

Deubrook Area’s Kadence Bowne logged 16 points and nine rebounds. Kyarra Blum finished with eight points. Mataya Gouws logged six points and five rebounds.

Madison’s Ella Malone scored seven points. Callie McDermott finished with six points. Audrey Nelson and Karley Lurz scored five points apiece. Nelson added eight rebounds and Lurz had five boards. 


Brookings 49, Sioux Falls Washington 39 

SIOUX FALLS — Brookings pulled away from Sioux Falls Washington for a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Brookings’ Kymber Buys finished with 14 points and hit four 3-pointers. Macy Even had 12 points and seven assists. Tess Burns posted eight pionts, while Amari Ward logged six points and four rebounds.

Washington’s Dana Harpe had nine points and four rebounds. Tierney Schramm scored seven points. Ava Brink and Rylan Kennett scored six points apiece. Grace Peterson posted five points and seven rebounds.
