Ethan 65, Bridgewater-Emery 31

ETHAN — Three players scored in double figures to pace Class B No. 2 Ethan to a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Ethan’s Marissa Storm finished with 19 points, while Ava Lingemann scored 13 points and hit three 3-pointers. Leah Klock totaled 10 points. Rachel Klock scored seven points and Ella Pollreisz had five points.

For Bridgewater-Emery, Oakley Weber and Summer Koch scored 10 points apiece. Hayden Hofer added eight points.


Howard 54, De Smet 40 

HOWARD — Howard pulled away from De Smet for a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Howard’s Abby Aslesen finished with 19 points and eight rebounds. Ann Connor recorded seven points and 10 boards. Tana Hoyer added seven points and eight rebounds. 

De Smet’s Hazel Luethmers finished with 20 points and five rebounds. Mirra Beck had nine points, while Megan Dylla had five points and five steals. 


Hanson 71, McCook Central/Montrose 57

ALEXANDRIA — Hanson broke away from a 33-33 halftime tie for a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Hanson’s Alyssa Moschell finished with 21 points, 10 rebounds, five steals and four assists. Kylie Haiar added 16 points and four assists. Cadence Jarding posted 13 points, while Taziah Hawkins finished with 10 points. Eliza Oltmanns posted nine points and four steals. 

MCM’s Abby Wagner finished with 15 points and six rebounds. Mya Morrison and Cami McGuire scored 12 points apiece. Carly Katzer collected five boards. 


Lyman 72, Kadoka Area 50 

KADOKA — Four players scored in double figures to pace Class B No. 3 Lyman to a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Skyler Volmer finished with 28 points, seven steals, three 3-pointers and three rebounds. Jordyn Scott added 15 points, three rebounds, three 3-pointers and three assists. Makaylee Scott had 13 points, five rebounds and three assists. Brooke Palmer finished with 11 points and 14 rebounds. 


Sanborn Central/Woonsocket 58, Kimball/White Lake 27 

KIMBALL — Three players scored in double figures to pace Sanborn Central/Woonsocket to a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

SCW’s Liz Boschee finished with 18 points and seven rebounds. Kali Hofer added 11 points, while Kamryn Ochsner posted 10 points. Kenna Ochsner had four rebounds. 

For Kimball/White Lake, Harley Namanny posted 13 points, while Ryann Nielsen had six points and eight rebounds. Lindy Kiehn posted six rebounds. 


Aberdeen Roncalli 55, Faulkton Area 22 

FAULKTON — Aberdeen Roncalli coasted past Faulkton Area for a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Roncalli’s Ava Hanson finished with 15 points, four rebounds and three 3-pointers. Claire Crawford added 14 points and eight rebounds. Camryn Bain added seven points, while McKenna O’Keefe and Maddie Huber scored five points and six rebounds apiece. 

For Faulkton Area, Carley Cotton had nine points and seven rebounds. Presleigh Martinmaas added six points and nine rebounds. Jaymi Senn posted seven rebounds and four points. 


Warner 37, Hitchcock-Tulare 31

TULARE — Warner held off Hitchcock-Tulare for a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Warner’s Kyra Marcuson finished with 14 points, while Lauren Marcuson added eight points. Ava Nilsson posted seven points.

For HT, Cambree Hoekman posted 11 points and Gracyn Bixler scored seven points. 


Lower Brule 49, Sunshine Bible Academy 20 

MILLER — Lower Brule picked up a girls basketball win over Sunshine Bible Academy on Tuesday.

Lael Middletent scored 15 points for Lower Brule, while Brilyn LaRoche scored 14 points. Shante Walters and Kaitlyn Thompson scored nine points apiece. 

For SBA, Annaliese VanZee scored eight points. Betra Amare had six points. 


Milbank 79, Tiospa Zina 21

MILBANK — Milbank coasted past Tiospa Zina for a girls basketball win on Tuesday.

Milbank’s Isabella Anderson had 15 points and hit three 3-pointers. Tyra Berry, Claire Snaza and Bella Pauli scored 12 points apiece. Josie Riveland had nine points and Averie Schaunaman scored eight points. 

For Tiospa Zina, Mya Deutsch scored eight points. Jaia Bursheim, Hannah Ziegler and Kami Crawford scored five points apiece.
