Elkton-Lake Benton 30, Bon Homme 14

TYNDALL — Elkton-Lake Benton built an 18-0 lead en route to a high school football win over Bon Homme on Thursday. 

Ryan Krog led the Elks with five total touchdowns, three passing and two rushing. Krog passed for 157 yards and rushed for 151 yard on the ground. Krog had seven tackles on defense. 

Tanner Stein rushed for 115 yards and scored a touchdown. Riddick Westley and Carson Griffith both scored rushing touchdowns. Griffith added an interception on defense. Elkton-Lake Benton finished with 307 total yards. 

Bon Homme's Riley Rothschadl had a rushing touchdown and a passing touchdown to Isaac Crownover. 

Hanson 50, Chester Area 0 

CHESTER — Class 9AA No. 5 Hanson blanked Class 9A No. 5 Chester Area in Thursday high school football action. 

The Beavers recorded 377 rushing yards and their defense forced three turnovers. Hanson’s Hadley Wallace logged 180 rushing yards on five carries and scored three touchdowns. Jackson Jarding added 80 rushing yards and scored a rushing touchdown. Weston Kayser and Stetson Rigg each scored rushing touchdowns. Hayden Schroeder intercepted two passes, while Keenan Waldera scored on an interception return for a touchdown. 

Chester Area’s Layke Wold threw for 91 yards, while Garret Hansen added 31 rushing yards. Jovi Wolf added 38 receiving yards. Dalton Reiff posted five tackles.
