SIOUX FALLS — Four players scored in double figures to pace Team White to a 93-80 win over Team Blue at Sunday’s South Dakota all-star girls basketball game at the Sanford Pentagon.

Spearfish’s Mya Kochuten tossed in 21 points, while Sioux Falls Washington’s Grace Peterson scored 16 points for Team White. Brookings’ Logan Smidt added 14 points and Sisseton’s Krista Langager scored 12 points. Centerville’s Emma Marshall scored eight points. Mount Vernon/Plankinton’s Reagan Rus scored six points, while Sioux Falls Washington’s Claire Woods and Mahpiya Luta’s Jodene Big Crow-Hunter scored five points apiece.  

For Team Blue, Vermillion’s Brooke Jensen scored a game-high 26 points. Dakota Valley’s Cameryn Sommervold and Dell Rapids St. Mary’s Madala Hanson scored 11 points apiece. Kadoka Area’s Bella Williams scored seven points. Sioux Valley’s Keyra Kruse scored nine points. Canton’s Jenna Vande Weerd scored seven points and Harding County’s Bailey Verhulst had six points.
